Returns and Refunds

Please take careful note of our returns & refunds policy. By making a purchase in this online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions, should you wish to return your goods:

        • Goods will not be accepted for return without prior arrangement and approval.
        • Price variations may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
        • Please confirm prices when ordering.
        • Prices are exclusive of GST. GST is calculated during the checkout process.
        • All goods remain the property of AVOCA iD until paid in full.
        • No claim recognised unless received in writing within fourteen days or purchase.
        • Please contact AVOCA iD to arrange your return.

14 Day Returns Policy

If you feel that the item you receive is not what you ordered our team will happily consider your situation and if approved we will gladly offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the item has not been opened, used, or damaged and is returned within 14 days of receiving it. When returning items, all product/ticket swing tags and packaging must be returned undamaged with the goods in order for the goods to be restocked and resold. We will deduct any postage costs which we incurred from the refund (including items that are free postage).
Please note, we cannot provide a refund if; you do not have proof of purchase from AVOCA iD, the goods have been used or tested, or the goods or packaging have been damaged.

Expenses

Any costs incurred by Raskle Pty Ltd trading as AVOCA iD shall be deducted from your refund. These include but are not limited to the cost shipping the product to you, including shipping costs for products that are advertised as Free Shipping, and any transaction fees charged by financial institutions.
Any expenses relating to the return of your product to store will have to be paid by you.
The purchaser will incur the delivery cost for returning the item to us. We will not accept COD Return Packages.

Special Order Items

Products that are custom made, bulk quantity, specially ordered, or corporate special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless approved by AVOCA iD.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of being approved. Refunds are sent back using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution it may take 4-5 business days for these funds to be made available in your account.
