When is it necessary to request a 'Application for Permanent NLIS Device'?
A signed application is required before any NLIS Device orders can be processed. Note: To assist you in getting your NLIS Tags as quickly and conveniently as possible, AVOCA iD are happy to help you with this process. If this is a service that you would like to take advantage of, please check the box requesting AVOCA iD assistance in this matter whilst completing your order, and an AVOCA iD representative will be in contact.
How do I apply to become an AVOCA iD customer?
Please sign up online. We will need to confirm your details before you order any NLIS tags, including checking your PIC number.
What is an RBE application?
It is an application to become a ‘Registered Biosecurity Entity’. Note: Anyone who currently has a PIC Number is automatically classed as a ‘RBE’, however in line with the DAF changes as at 1 July 2016, these will expire on 1 July 2019, unless renewed at that time (fee’s involved – please see DPI website for further information).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Approximately 8 to 10 business days from the date the order is processed.
